The MH-42 is a fist microphone produced by Yaesu for their mobile radios. The microphone uses a condenser mic and has a PTT switch on the top left side. The MH-42 also features six additional buttons in addition to the PTT switch, these can be disabled using the lock switch on the right hand side. The microphone uses a circular mount on the rear for it to be hung up.

Connections

The microphone features a captive sprung cable terminated in a 6p6c modular connector.
