Creates a Navbox of equipment by category

The template can either be called directly {{Nabvox equipment}} or can be called with optional title and query parameters.

{{Nabvox equipment|title|query|templatename}}

title is the title to use for the navbox
query is a semantic mediawiki query to filter the data
templatename is the name of the template when used in another template (powers the talk and edit links)
